I have never heard of Lost Boys, but 1980s punk vampires!Alan and Davie sounds amazing, and I enjoyed this snippet—a very ominous journey, for all that it's so much easier to get to Edinburgh in a setting with cars :D Aww, poor grumpy Davie. I also like the idea of a Davie's-mum-lives AU—I'd like to know more about her as a character.
