So I signed up, very delightedly I might add, for
unconventionalcourtship in August and am trying to pin down which auto-generated Mills & Boon plot I want to focus on. I've narrowed it down to these four:

Texas native Character A was more than just a cowboy with a big ol' black hat and a lazy drawl. He was an undercover agent on loan to the newly formed Chicago Confidential branch. His mission: Pose as an oil tycoon in order to safeguard the prickly PR prince, Character B. His top priority: Not to lose his heart to the sassy city boy.
What started as threats had escalated into a kidnapping attempt — and Character B was scared. But he refused to be smooth-talked into having a bodyguard cramp his style. Little did he know that Character A was assigned his protector. But would he be more shocked by his secret, or that he had done the unthinkable and fallen in love with...a cowboy?
Sergeant Character A has been trying for years to forget his past – and he gets his wish when an accident robs him of his memory. Character B, who offers to nurse him back to health, is a light in the dark… but the mysterious, beautiful blond is strictly off-limits.
The discovery of a letter the wounded marine was carrying – addressed to Character B – only deepens the mystery of who he is and why he came to Brighton Valley. And, as a familiar desire burns hotter between them, it’s only a matter of time until Vila’s memory returns…
Wickedly handsome Character A has been sent to stop a gang of highwaymen. But the man he suspects of leading them is intoxicatingly handsome and Character A sets out to seduce him.
Character B's secrets are deeper and darker than Character A could ever imagine. Will trusting the one man he wants lead Character B to the hangman's noose?
Serving food in the Arizona desert was a far cry from Character A's high society background, but it couldn't be far enough from the future his father had planned for him — even if it meant wasting his doctoring skills slicing bacon. As determined as he was handsome, Character A would let no one stop him from living his own life. Not even the handsome stranger who kept turning up whenever he seemed to need him.
Detective-turned-rancher Character B couldn't deny his attraction to the man he'd first spotted at the depot — or his curiosity about him. But these days Character B was steering clear of danger. And the more he saw of Character A, the more the pretty Eastern fellow looked like trouble!
If you have any thoughts, I'd love to hear them!

The actual novel is a Harlequin Intrigue novel called "Not on His Watch (Chicago Confidential #1)" by Cassie Miles and I agree it sounds like an interesting read, lol.
